A nice quiet neighborhood in the San Fernando Valley. Located along State Highway 101, Los Angeles borders on the west. Victory Boulevard is north, Corbin Avenue is east, and Mulholland Drive south. Ventura Boulevard is the main commercial strip and the newly designed and reconstructed Westfield Topanga mall and Promenade is located to the north of the boulevard.

Neighborhoods include: Carlton Terrace, Walnut Acres, Vista De Oro, and Warner Center, and Westchester County a newer, gated, exclusive community. The total population of Woodland Hills CA is 70,000 according to the 2000 census.

Woodland Hills, CA area public schools are under the jurisdiction of LAUSD. There are a few private schools from pre-school age through high school. LA Pierce College is a two year community college that is a part of the LA Community College district.

Woodland Hills, CA homes have been in development since the 1920's in different decades, with a lot of construction going on during the 50's and 60's.

One of my favorite places to visit is the Bowers Museum.
