  •   Do You Know the Value of Your Home?
    I can assist you in determining your home’s value by doing a FREE Comparative Market Analysis. This will involve a meeting with the me that will include entering into an agreement that serves to form a personal partnership with you in order to market and sell your home. The process involves a thorough and careful check of each room. I will then conduct research to determine the value of other similar homes that have recently sold in the neighborhood. A check of properties that are presently under agreement as well as those homes that are currently on the market will help me in suggesting a current market value for your home. Generally the process will take a few days for me to successfully come up with the highest possible price at which to place your home for sale.
  •   Is Your Home Prepared for Marketing?
    Once again I can assist in giving you pointers to make sure your home is presented to potential buyers in the best condition so that more money will go to you when your home is SOLD! Making sure the exterior of your home “curb appeal” is as pleasing as possible will be of great concern. Also a tidy clean up of the lawn, yard and shrubs will add to the initial appeal of your home. Perhaps it will be necessary to prepare the home for sale by painting the exterior so that the first impression will be a good one.
  •   Is Your Home Ready to be Listed?
    When you meet with me you will discuss and sign a contract and other paperwork. This process will take at least an hour as it involves many forms of disclosure that state the condition of your home. The listing contract (Exclusive Right to Sell) includes the price, the length of the contract, and the commission amount. I will represent your interests in all arrangements and negotiations with other professionals, clients, and customers. Only then when the escrow is closed will I receive the contractually stated compensation.
